As a Partner and Wealth Advisor with Stratos Wealth Partners, Chad Tom assists clients with all areas of financial, nonprofit and endowment advisory, education and estate planning. He enjoys working with clients who are serious about planning for their future, as well as their families’. Mr. Tom also specializes in assisting business owners with planning for 401(k)’s, insurance and succession planning. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to the Stratos Wealth Partners team.
Prior to joining Stratos, Mr. Tom worked as a Portfolio Manager at Huntington National Bank for nine years, where he managed $300 million in assets. Mr. Tom also served as a Financial Advisor at Century National Bank for eight years, managing $50 million in assets.
Mr. Tom attended Mount Union University, where he earned his bachelor’s in Finance with a minor in Economics. He also received his certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University in 2013. Additionally, through LPL, he holds his series 6,7 and 24; through LPL and Stratos Wealth Partners he holds his series 66 and his Ohio Life and Health license. Outside of the office, Mr. Tom is a member of the North Terrace Church of Christ and volunteers as a Franklin Youth athletic coach.

As a Partner and Wealth Advisor with Stratos Wealth Partners, Wayne Wycoff assists clients in pursuing their financial goals through consultation on saving and investing, as well as philanthropic, retirement and estate planning Mr. Wycoff has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and works with clients in all stages of their professional careers and wealth development.
Prior to joining Stratos, Mr. Wycoff spent eight years working as an Administrative Officer in retail and commercial lending at Park National Bank. He then spent nine years working in the trust office at Huntington National Bank, where he managed $235 million in trust and management assets. His work at Huntington National Bank involved overseeing more than 525 individual accounts and clients in products ranging from IRA’s, agency, revocable and irrevocable trusts, foundation and endowment advisory.
Mr. Wycoff attended Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, Kentucky, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Associate of Art History. He then went on to attend Ashland University in Ohio, where he received his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Mr. Wycoff also attended the Cannon School of Trust.
